Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Customers may return items at any time within the 14 day warranty period.

Returned items must be in reasonable condition and include all original accessories where applicable.

Exchanges

Customers may exchange an item for another product within 14 days from the purchase date.

The exchanged item must be of equal or greater value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

Refunds

If the customer prefers a refund instead of an exchange, the return must still be within the 14 day.

Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected.

Non-Eligible Items

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications may not be eligible for return or exchange.
